RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you are more than satisfied with your new order. If for some reason a product does not meet your requirements, you may return it for a refund within thirty (30) days of receipt. Freight charges to be covered by the customer.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH ORIGINAL LABELS.
We suggest you keep all packaging until you have made your final decision to purchase and keep your order.
Returned items must be in a new and unused/unworn condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return and a refund if the goods are deemed to have been used or damaged.
HOW TO RETURN ONE OR MORE ITEMS:
Step 1: CONTACT US
Contact our customer service at the below email letting us know which products you would like to return and the reason :
Step 2: PREPARE THE GOODS AND THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE
Prepare the BOX with the items that you wish to return. You can use the same box that was sent with your original goods. Please make sure that the items are in an unused/unworn condition, returned in the original packaging, with original labels still attached. Write the RETURN NUMBER clearly on the outside of the box(preferably in black marker) and ship it back to the following address using the courrier of your choice. Freight charges will be covered by the customer.

STEP 3: REFUND
When all the above conditions have been fulfilled, we will reimburse you the total purchase price of goods returned.(Please notice that we cannot return you the shipping cost of your order).
The refund will be processed after the returned item has passed our quality control check.
Please note that refunds can only be credited to the same credit card (or PayPal account) used for the original purchase.
The refund process can take 7-10 days from receipt of your goods, depending upon the credit card used for payment.
