At Eletto Sport, we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer returns under the conditions outlined below.

Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible items for a refund within thirty (30) days of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Return shipping (freight) charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • Items must meet all return conditions to qualify for a refund

Extremely Important Return Conditions

To ensure your return is accepted:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • All original labels must remain attached

  • Products must be new, unused, and unworn

We strongly recommend keeping all packaging until you are certain you will keep your purchase.

Eletto Sport reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if items are found to be used, worn, or damaged.

How to Return One or More Items

Step 1: Contact Us

Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team by email with:

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Our team will provide you with a Return Number and further instructions.

Step 2: Prepare Your Return Package

Place the item(s) securely back into the original box (you may reuse the box from your shipment).

Please ensure:

  • Items are unused and unworn

  • Packaging and labels are intact

  • The Return Number is clearly written on the outside of the box (preferably in black marker)

Ship the package using the courier of your choice. Freight charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Step 3: Refund Processing

Once all return conditions have been fulfilled, we will refund the total purchase price of the returned goods.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal)

  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after receipt of the returned goods, depending on your payment provider
